Data we collect
When you book: name, email, phone, addresses, move details and IP (for fraud prevention and support). When you contact us: message content and contact details. When you track: technical data needed to show job progress. When you use the website: technical visit data (page path, IP, device, time on page, scroll) and session recordings of how you use the site (see Session recording below).
How we use it
To provide quotes, confirmations, driver assignment, tracking, payment and support. To improve the website and booking flow, prevent fraud, and fix bugs. We do not sell your personal data.
Session recording
We record sessions on jkemotors.eu (page content, clicks, scrolls, typing in forms except passwords) using our own first-party tools. Recordings are stored on our servers and used only by JKE staff to understand booking problems, improve the site and support customers. This is part of how we operate and improve the service — it is not turned off by the cookie bar. Password fields are not recorded. You can request deletion of a recording via the contact email below.
Retention
Booking records kept for accounting and dispute resolution (typically 6 years). Session recordings are kept for a limited operational period (typically up to 90 days) then deleted. Marketing only if you opt in.
