Payment
Card via Stripe or bank transfer (details in your confirmation email). Clear fixed price before you book.
Tracking
Your confirmation includes a tracking link. It goes live when your driver is assigned on the day.
Cancellations
Standard bookings: full cash refund only if we receive written cancellation within 48 hours of confirmation and payment. After that, no cash refund — we may offer 6-month company credit or a reschedule. Short-notice bookings (under 48 hours before collection) are non-refundable once a driver is assigned. Email us with your booking reference.
