Was ist die Arbeit?

Sie fahren Transporte für JKE-Kunden. Wir koordinieren, geben Ihnen den Auftrag und Sie führen ihn mit Ihrem eigenen Transporter aus.

Es gibt 3 typische Arten:

  • Same-day (Standard): Abholung und Lieferung am selben Tag.
  • National (Deutschland): Fahrten quer durch Deutschland — manchmal länger, ggf. mit Übernachtung.
  • International (nahe EU): z. B. DE ↔ NL/BE/AT/CH — je nach Auftrag.

Ihre Aufgaben (einfach erklärt)

  • Abholen am Pickup-Ort (Lager, Hotel, Firma, Privatadresse).
  • Beladen (mit Helfer wenn nötig) — Ware sichern (Gurte, Decken).
  • Transport — sicher und pünktlich fahren.
  • Entladen am Lieferort und Übergabe.
  • Nachweis (Proof): Fotos/Unterschrift wo verlangt — sonst keine Auszahlung.
  • WhatsApp: Updates an JKE. Geldfragen niemals mit Kunden.

Kommunikation (WhatsApp) — wie es läuft

  • Job kommt per WhatsApp (Adresse, Zeitfenster, Hinweise, ggf. Fotos).
  • Sie bestätigen: „OK“ + ETA (Ankunftszeit).
  • Bei Verzögerung: sofort schreiben (Grund + neue ETA).
  • Nach Lieferung: „Delivered“ + Proof-Fotos.

App-Nutzung — damit der Job als „erledigt“ zählt

Ganz wichtig: Jobs werden im Fahrer-Portal / App abgeschlossen. Nur dann gehen sie in die Abrechnung.

  1. Schicht/Tag starten (wenn Sie losfahren).
  2. Job öffnen → Hinweise lesen.
  3. Pickup: Fotos (wenn verlangt) + Status setzen.
  4. Drop-off: Fotos/Unterschrift (wenn verlangt) + „Complete drop-off“ drücken.

Same-day vs. National/International (Übernachtung/Hotel)

Same-day ist Standard. Bei langen nationalen oder internationalen Fahrten kann es eine Übernachtung geben.

  • Hotel/Übernachtung wird vorher mit JKE geklärt (Ort, Budget, Beleg).
  • Sie halten JKE per WhatsApp auf dem Laufenden (Start, Zwischenstand, Ankunft).

Was wird transportiert?

  • Möbel, Kartons, Paletten, Haushalts- und Handelsware.
  • Oft muss mitgeladen werden (nicht nur fahren).

Bezahlung (kurz)

Sie werden nach Fahrzeugklasse bezahlt (S/M/L/XL), nicht nach Kundenpreis.

  2. Vollständige Anmeldung per persönlichem E-Mail-Link (Fotos, Versicherung, Bank, VIN)
  3. JKE prüft (24–48 Std.)
  4. Vertrag online im Fahrer-Dashboard unterschreiben
  5. Verfügbarkeit setzen → dann Jobs annehmen

What is the work?

You deliver for JKE customers. We coordinate and assign the job, you execute it with your own van.

There are 3 common types:

  • Same-day (standard): pickup and delivery on the same day.
  • National (Germany): longer trips across Germany — may include an overnight.
  • International (near EU): e.g. DE ↔ NL/BE/AT/CH depending on the job.

Your tasks (simple)

  • Pick up at the location (warehouse, hotel, company, private address).
  • Load (with help if needed) — secure cargo (straps, blankets).
  • Transport safely and on time.
  • Unload and hand over at delivery.
  • Proof: photos/signature when required — otherwise no pay.
  • WhatsApp: updates to JKE only (do not discuss money with customers).

WhatsApp communication — how it works

  • Job arrives on WhatsApp (addresses, time window, notes, photos if needed).
  • You confirm: “OK” + ETA.
  • Delays: message immediately (reason + new ETA).
  • After delivery: “Delivered” + proof photos.

App usage — so the job counts as completed

Important: Jobs must be completed in the driver portal/app to appear on your statement.

  1. Start your shift/day when you begin.
  2. Open the job → read notes.
  3. Pickup: take photos if required + set status.
  4. Drop-off: photos/signature if required + press “Complete drop-off”.

Same-day vs National/International (hotel/overnight)

Same-day is standard. For long national or international trips you may stay overnight.

  • Hotel/overnight is agreed in advance with JKE (place, budget, receipt).
  • WhatsApp updates to JKE (start, progress, arrival).

What you transport

  • Furniture, boxes, pallets, household and commercial goods.
  • You often need to load/unload — not just drive.

Pay (short)

You are paid by van class (S/M/L/XL), not customer price.
