HGV pay — over 3.5 t

7.5 t · 12–20 t rigid · 40 t artic (bilico). Not the van 4-hour card.

Vans up to 3.5 t → van rate card

Per road kilometre (postcode to postcode):

  • €1.65 / km — go and come back (round trip)
  • €2.20 / km — go-only (no return)

GPS extra km does not raise pay. 1st and 15th. 6 shifts then 50% pot, then 100%.

Classes: 7.5 t · 18 t rigid · 26 t rigid · 40–44 t artic. Kit used on the job (cooler, curtains, tail lift, ADR) = + living wage / loaded hour.

Pay dates

  • 6 verified shifts before first pay
  • 50% into the security pot until two weeks, then 100%
  • 1st and 15th — JKE sends the statement, you do not invoice

Papers to upload — UK and Europe

After the driving licence, HGV drivers upload these three. UK or EU version of each is accepted — you do not need both.

  1. CPC / Code 95 — UK Driver CPC card / DQC, or EU Code 95 / CQC
  2. Tachograph driver card — UK or EU digital driver card, both sides
  3. Operator / community licence — UK O-licence, or EU Community licence / Gemeinschaftslizenz / licenza comunitaria

Plus the usual van photos, selfie + ID, and insurance. Driving licence: C / C+E (UK) or C / CE (EU).

  • €1,65 / km — hin und zurück

GPS-Mehr-km werden nicht bezahlt. 1. und 15. 6 Schichten, dann 50 %-Topf, dann 100 %.

Unterlagen — UK und Europa

Nach dem Führerschein laden LKW-Fahrer diese drei hoch. UK- oder EU-Version reicht — beides ist nicht nötig.

  1. CPC / Code 95 — UK Driver CPC / DQC oder EU Code 95 / CQC
  2. Fahrerkarte Tachograph — digitale Fahrerkarte UK oder EU, beide Seiten
  3. Betreiber- / Gemeinschaftslizenz — UK-O-Licence oder EU-Gemeinschaftslizenz / licenza comunitaria

Plus Fahrzeugfotos, Selfie + Ausweis, Versicherung. Führerschein: C / C+E (UK) oder C / CE (EU).
